BRUSHING THE STORM
Defense against a right flank club attack•Step to 2:30 with your right foot into a right High Wide Kneel while doing both a left Inward Parry on attackers right arm and a right Heel Palm to attackers face.
Technique Flow 1.
•Sink into your stance while doing a right Upward Elbow to attackers ribs. While stepping to 3:00 with your left foot, do a right Heel Palm to attackers groin (keep your hand on attackers body from the elbow through the heel palm).
Technique Flow 1.
•While stepping back to 1:30 with your right leg into a left Forward Bow facing 7:30, slide your right hand down attackers thigh, grab and lift their leg while doing a left Inward Elbow to their kidney to knock them forward.
Technique Flow 1.
•Do a left Front Scoop kick to attackers groin, landing in left Front Twist stance and do a right Side Kick to the back of attackers left knee.
