DJ KZII "Stimulating Senses"

Khalique Zuberi a.k.a DJ KZII was born & brought up in Muscat-Oman. Since an early age he was influenced with music & sound which later in the years made him experimenting music with bizarre natural sounds. With his hands-on experience on multiple DAW / Music Production Applications, KZII had sustained enough passion to create & mix sounds with his favourite apps & gears.

In his early days, after college, being an I.T professional, he joined GBM-IBM at Doha-Qatar. While his day-time job, at weekends, his love for music kept him performing at private gigs.

In the course of time, he stunned his friends & resident DJs with his music skills & by compiling Electrifying DJ SETS/Non-stops/Mix-tapes.

Being fascinated by Electronic Dance Music & Sampling, KZII had an eclectic & massive playlist with the best music from artist around the globe. From original scores to remixes, from Mix-tapes to DJ Sets, from Sampling to Looping, KZII made several Uplifting & Harmonic DJ Sets & continued his magic spells ever since.

In a short time, KZII had turned into - DJ KZII - The Music Drug 'Stimulating Senses'.

A star was born; His music trained ears and harmonic uplifting DJ SETS were being played in car stereos, gyms, pubs and also circulated among friends... friends of friends - like fire, which later got him contacted by event organizers, in turn, performing live at Giggs, In-House Parties, Beach Parties & Corporate Events.

When behind the console, his Dynamic form of Energy, Explosive Stage Dramatics & Aptitude to read his audience, have left his audience dance till they crash & leaving them wanting for more.

DJ KZII is currently working on his E.P & is also actively promoting the E.D.M scene along with underground artists in India.

In 2009 end, KZII re-located to India after 22 years abroad & is currently based in Mumbai. Beside's his DJ ACTS, he is also associated with Balaji Tele-films & numerous other T.V & Bollywood projects for music & sound.

While his experience with the best brands in the industry, He gained technical experience about Television (Serials) Sound Editing, Designing, Indoor/Outdoor Sound Recording, Studio Dubbing/Voice-over, Mastering – a complete know-how about Television Sound.

Apart from his DJ career and experience with Television Sound, he later worked as a Background Music Director for a live drama act titled “Draupati” sponsored by Ministry of Cultural Affairs - Indian Government & was rated among top 5 live dramas in 2010 in India.

KZII's Background Score for the 75 minutes live drama was much appreciated.
