1 Timothy 3:1-7

Bishop = an inspector, overseer, skeptic, a watch, a sentry or scout. His job is to oversee the body of Messiah, to inspect every inch of it, to ensure that there are no spots or blemishes in it.

Paul points out something here in his writings, that is pertinent. A bishop MUST be a Husband of one wife, and be able to rule his house well, before he can qualify to rule over the body.

This is where Domestic rule comes in. Each of us are a “domestic body.” Our “spouse” is Yahweh. Our children are our fruits. If we cannot rule our Domestic lives properly, we cannot rule the body (foreign rule).

Domestic = of or relating to the home, the household, household affairs, or the family: devoted to home life or household affairs, no longer wild; tame.

Foreign = of or relating to contact or dealings with other countries; connected with foreign affairs, external to one's own country or nation: located outside a specific district, province, etc.

Before one can rule another, or the “corporate/foreign body,” he must have his own vessel/home/family in subjection.

1 Corinthians 9:24-27

Greek – Indeed I subdue the passions/lusts of my body, driving it into submission: that by means of preaching to another, Myself become a reprobate.

In other words, if we cannot “rule our own homes (bodies), and we try teaching someone else, we become reprobates,” because we are teaching things contrary to scripture and the law.

Hebrews 13:9-21

Vs 17; “Obey the rulers over you, submitting yourselves, for they watch for your souls, giving the Word, so that they do it with joy, and not murmuring; for that is unprofitable to you.”

Once we “domesticate our own lives,” tame the “wild man (sarkikos),” then Yahweh gives us a “corporate (foreign body)” to govern/bishop.

Ephesians 4:1-32

Vs 30 = sealed, from 4973; to stamp (with a signet or private mark) for security or preservation (literally or figuratively); by implication, to keep secret, to attest:--(set a, set to) seal up, stop, a signet (as fencing in or protecting from misappropriation); by implication, the stamp impressed (as a mark of privacy, or genuineness), literally or figuratively:--seal.

OSAS is a crock of crap! That seal is set upon us IF we are “genuinely walking the walk, forsaking sin, etc.” then He places a stamp upon our foreheads (His Name). But IF you sin, that stamp is removed.

Hebrews 6:4-7

Falling away = to apostatize,
renew unto repentance = repent again
Putting to death through their own conceit a second time the son of Elohim.

In other words, those that have “received the gifts of Yahweh,” if they turn and sin after the fact, they cannot repent again. If they are not “ruling domestically their own lives” they have not received the gifts. These are “false signs and wonders” of “another spirit” that Paul and the apostles warned about.

These “false signs, false spirit, etc.” come by “not domesticating your own life, but letting “lust, passion, etc.” rule over it.
