Cut Me Some Slack featured music old and new from Blancmange, The View, and Sheppard.
There was a bit of a pop quiz with bands associated with food, 80's one-fingered keyboard playing, making good of what you have, and the influence of John Peel.
The View, from Dundee, as well as checking out a couple of great songs from the band, we also dig a bit into their backstory. The egotism (in a good way) of those who lead a band, lifestyle choices, and working on new material with someone not in the band...really good band.
Finally, Sheppard are an Aussie band. I'd never heard of them but the song 'Geronimo' was a big hit for them. All in all, a pretty good show.
