Greg and Ryan recap Kebede's WR at the Chicago Marathon, along with Dathan Ritzenhein's big PR of 2:07.

Greg and Ryan also spoke with the University of Richmond men's track and field team about their team being on the chopping block to found a men's varsity lacrosse team. They talk with current runners Andrew Valenski and Matthew Groff, along with assistant coach John Molz. Likewise, they chat with Richmond alum Andrew Benford, who helped carry Richmond to their first bid to the NCAA National XC meet in 2010--the first time Richmond had ever been chosen for the big dance.
